Fix the Financial Structure Behind Your Business

If your business is growing but your cash and profit don’t reflect it, start here.

It's not a Revenue Problem

You might be experiencing:

  • Revenue is growing, but profit doesn't seem to follow

  • Cash feels tight - even in strong months

  • You're not sure what you can safely pay yourself

  • Expenses have crept up, but nothing feels obviously wrong

  • You're making decisions without full confidence in your numbers

This isn't a discipline problem - and it's not something a spreadsheet alone can fix.

It's a structure problem

A Financial Operating System for Your Business

I use a framework called Marginology - a financial operating system designed to bring structure to how a business earns, manages, and keeps money.

Marginology is built on three core areas:

Revenue Clarity

You understand where your revenue is coming from, what's driving it, and how predictable it really is.

Profit Structure

Your business is designed to generate profit intentionally - not just hope there's something left over.

Cash Control

You have visibility into your cash flow, confidence in your decisions, and reserves that support stability.

When these three areas are aligned, your business stops feeling reactive - and starts operating with clarity and control.

This is the work I do with business owners every day.

OUR CLIENTS SAY

"The biggest result? Peace of mind. We now have a clear system in place, we know exactly where our money is going, and we can make smart decisions without second-guessing ourselves. Profitability is no longer a question mark—it’s part of the plan.

We absolutely recommend Diana to any fellow franchise partners who feel like they’re working hard but still unsure if they’re really in control of their business finances. Her support has made a huge difference for us, and we’re so grateful to have her in our corner."

"Working with Diana has completely transformed my business. Before her, I was closing deals but not seeing the profit I expected. I didn’t fully understand where the money was going—or how to make it work for me."

"Since bringing Diana on as my CFO, I’ve become so much more profitable. Every time we meet, I learn something new about my business. She explains the numbers in a way I can actually understand and gives me strategies I can apply immediately.

"Diana is more than a CFO. She is for anyone serious about growing their real estate business."

"In only 2 years, we have over $220K in PROFIT.  I do not train clients.  I am NOT the operations manager.  In fact, I do not work inside the business!  I focus on profit maximization strategy.

I have clarity in regards to my money, and I pay myself consistently.  I have cash flow, emergency money and tax money set aside.

I have a reserve for just capital expenses and I bonus my team consistently.

It's been a game changer!"

Answers to Boost Your Business's Profitability Journey

What does working with you actually look like?

Working together is highly collaborative.

We start by understanding what’s actually happening in your business—not just what the reports say. From there, we build a clear financial structure and work through it together.

This isn’t about handing you a report and hoping you figure it out. It’s about helping you make confident decisions, with support and clarity along the way.

Is this going to be complicated and overwhelming?

No. My goal is the opposite.

Most business owners already feel overwhelmed by their numbers. I focus on simplifying what matters most so you can actually use your financials to make decisions.

You won’t get unnecessary complexity—you’ll get clarity.

How is this different from working with a bookkeeper or accountant?

Bookkeepers and accountants are essential—they ensure your numbers are accurate and compliant.

My role is different.

I help you understand what those numbers mean, identify what’s working (and what isn’t), and build a structure that improves profitability and cash flow over time.

It’s the difference between having data… and knowing what to do with it.

Do you only work with certain types or sizes of businesses?

I typically work with established business owners—often in the $1M+ range—who are growing but want more clarity, control, and consistency in their financial results.

That said, what matters most is not the size of the business—it’s the willingness to understand and improve how it operates financially.

What if I already have financial reports - do I still need this?

Yes—because reports alone don’t create clarity.

Most business owners I work with already have financials. The issue isn’t access to numbers—it’s understanding what they’re really saying and how to act on them.

That’s where this work makes the difference.

What happens after the initial consultation or diagnostic?

If it makes sense to move forward, we typically begin with a Marginology Intensive.

This is where we take a focused look at your business, identify what’s actually driving your results, and build a clear path forward.

From there, some clients choose ongoing CFO support to help implement and maintain that structure—but it starts with getting the right foundation in place.

Still have questions? I'm happy to talk it through.
